Return of goods
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you regret your purchase within 14 days, you can either visit our warehouse at Aalborgvej 4, 9500 Hobro or send it directly to us.
The customer is always responsible for the cost of returning goods in connection with the withdrawal of a purchase.
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Electrical spare parts (voltage regulator, stator, ignition coil, spark plugs, ignition parts, starter, wiper motor, horn, bulbs, relays, switches, fuses, etc.
When returning a package, you must fill out and enclose a Return Form. It is always included in your order confirmation, which is sent to you by email right after you have ordered goods from us on the webshop. You will find it in your email as an attached PDF document. We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or for pickup in a parcel shop.
We do not have the option to pick up items, so it must be sent by direct delivery.
Items returned for pickup in a parcel shop are automatically returned to the customer after the expiration of the holding time.
Items returned UFRANCO or cash on delivery will be refused.
Uncollected parcels in the parcel shop
If you fail to collect a parcel from the parcel shop and it is returned to us, you must pay the actual costs that the shipping company charges us for the return shipment.
It is always the customer who must bear the cost of returning the package in connection with the withdrawal of a purchase.
If you want the package resent, you must pay any new delivery costs.
You cannot, without prior agreement, cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the shipment.
Uncollected parcels from the parcel box/parcel shop, which are returned to kyle.dk after the retention period of 14 days, thus do not meet the conditions for withdrawal of the purchase.
In the event of prior agreement to cancel by refusing receipt or not picking up from the parcel box/parcel shop, the return freight will be deducted from the purchase price, as this expense is invoiced directly to us.

Can I exchange my products?
At KYLE.DK we have chosen not to offer exchanges. The reason for this is simple: We don't want you to wait for your new product for an unnecessarily long time. We can only ship the new product to you once we have received the previously sent product back. We find this to be a cumbersome process for you as a customer and we want to offer the best possible service.
How does "exchange" work then?
You return your product via our returns procedure and place a new order with the desired product. You pay for the new order and it will be shipped as soon as possible. Once we have received your return package, we will refund your outstanding amount within 3 working days. If it is a return case where KYLE.DK has to cover the cost of the return postage, for example if the wrong item was delivered, please remember to note this on the return form. In all cases, you as a customer will have to use this return system to send packages to us. So the return case will be created correctly in our system. The day you fill in your return case in this system and print a parcel label to send the item back is the day that is registered for notification of your return. Please pay attention to the Terms & Conditions. Postage expenses covered by KYLE.DK will be paid in the same way as you paid for your order and at the same time as the credit for the product you have returned. You will be notified of your return case at the email address you provided when placing your order.

Delivery time 1 to 7 working days under normal circumstances, but max 30 days. (There can always be problems with delivery that are beyond our control) in about 99% the delivery is completely painless and within the 7 working days. We always notify you and let you know if something unexpected happens or the package cannot be delivered within 7 working days. So you're not waiting for a package that won't arrive until next week.
You can always keep track of delivery prices for spare parts and accessories by adding the item to the basket, and the cheapest delivery method will be displayed along with the selected item.
Reservations:
Certain parts. Including tun parts and other parts not original to the vehicle sold at KYLE.DK are intended for use on closed roads only. These parts must not be used on public roads. If you are unsure which items are not original to the vehicle, you can always contact KYLE.DK and ask before ordering.
Reservations are made for all typographical errors, price changes and discontinued items shown or mentioned on KYLE.DK. It is the customer's own responsibility to comply with applicable legislation on spare parts, vehicles and additional equipment.
